Have been bulking at the gym made some great progress over 6 months putting on 30 lbs with 15 of those lbs being muscle. Decided to pull back on the bodyfat as it’s at 14.5% but still don’t want to go in a calorie deficit at this point. Made a slow switch to keto over past couple weeks and yesterday and today are my first days fully in at 3200 cals a day. So far so good! Looking forward to less big swings in energy levels and hopefully a lower bf with more muscle mass. Workouts consist of weights (pull, push, legs/butt) elliptical hiit and ab work 6 times a week. Loving this app for putting in food it’s so simple!
