i thought i was doing good until i journaled my food intake into the carb counter and discovered that whoa!!! I have had a lot of carbs without knowing!!! i havent had bread, sugar,rice,sweets...just eggs,cheese,veggies and meat!!! what am I doing wrong???? this is getting discouraging!!!!!!!
