Thought it would be more...but at the beginning i wasn't eating enough veggies...i am definitely turning that around now...still going strong not discouraged...at least I didn't gain 2 lbs right!!!! a loss is a loss

ok so I went on the link suggested and i am starting this again...I have an open mind and i am confident I can do this. It works so many people have done it so I will follow in their path and do the Atkins the way its layed out. Why fix what isn't broken right...just have to remember to eat the "right" veggies...who knew there where wrong ones!!! ...ok here we go...any comments or suggestions for good veggie intake are strongly welcomed here!!!
