Tried so hard this week and haven’t shed a pound.🏋️‍♀️

I started walking to walk and back so that was at least 7500 steps and kept under 1000 calories a day! 🚶‍♀️

Hopefully I’ll see a change next week. 🤞
77.5 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
