So I had a bit of a set back. Couldn't figure out why I was so bloated and why the weight wasn't coming off. Well this weekend I realized that it's because I am taking in too much sodium. Way too much. It's because I was eating alot of prepackaged food. I was eating lean cuisines every day for the convienence but I never stopped to think about what was in them I just seen the low calorie and ASSumed it was ok. So now I need to change up things a bit. I am finding recipes online and making a grocery list so my next shopping trip (not this weekend but the weekend after) I will buy all fresh food and make everything myself even if it is more time consuming. I was ready to give up. I wanted to quit cause I was working out 5 days a week and sticking to a calorie limit and I was getting nowhere. So I may have had a set back but I am here and still trying hard to push forward and lose this weight. I don't see myself being able to lose 40 pounds by the end of May like I had hoped but hopefully I will have lost close to 20.
