So I had a bit of a set back. Couldn't figure out why I was so bloated and why the weight wasn't coming off. Well this weekend I realized that it's because I am taking in too much sodium. Way too much. It's because I was eating alot of prepackaged food. I was eating lean cuisines every day for the convienence but I never stopped to think about what was in them I just seen the low calorie and ASSumed it was ok. So now I need to change up things a bit. I am finding recipes online and making a grocery list so my next shopping trip (not this weekend but the weekend after) I will buy all fresh food and make everything myself even if it is more time consuming. I was ready to give up. I wanted to quit cause I was working out 5 days a week and sticking to a calorie limit and I was getting nowhere. So I may have had a set back but I am here and still trying hard to push forward and lose this weight. I don't see myself being able to lose 40 pounds by the end of May like I had hoped but hopefully I will have lost close to 20.

Not losing the weight like I would like to be but it's ok. I feel great and I know in time the weight will start to come off.

2 Weeks. That's how long I have stuck to this diet and excersize thing I have going on. I feel really good about it too. Don't know how much weight I lost who knows maybe I will get on a scale this weekend. I need to slim my belly and thighs. I think those are the main areas I am concerened with. Of course my ass could use some work too lol but I am not too worried about that. This time I am going to do it. No giving in. I am finding it easier to say no to things that before I would give in to. I want to lose this weight more than I want to taste that food.

Wellllllll!!! LOL I don't know if I lost any weight but I do know my mummy tummy is going down!! It will never be perfect I know that but hey atleast I don't look like I just popped out a baby! My last baby turned 4 in December so it's about time lol. Feeling good too. My energy is getting back up there and I love it. My kids have been on my tail to workout so that helps. They like working out with me and I love that they want to work out. I think my favorite thing to do with them now is turn up the music and dance around. They love it and we all get a workout from it.
