Saya menggunakan protein kira kira 150 gram ,karbohidrat 150 gram sisanya lemak baik kayak alpukat ,minyak zaitun dll sisanya serat pokoknya total kalori 1500-1800/hari dan kadang kalo mau nge gym sampe 2000 kalori
