Jadi selama ini kalo ngitunf kalori doang tapi ga merhatiin makro nya ,percuma juga ya defisit kalori tapi makro ga seimbang hehe

Saya menggunakan protein kira kira 150 gram ,karbohidrat 150 gram sisanya lemak baik kayak alpukat ,minyak zaitun dll sisanya serat pokoknya total kalori 1500-1800/hari dan kadang kalo mau nge gym sampe 2000 kalori
