Can't weight to weigh in tomorrow. Did not enter my weigh in last week as I am sure that the scales were faulty as I lost a HUGE amount of weight and I don't believe that it would be possible to lose that much weight so will try again and see what is the actual weight. The scales I weigh in at are in a public hospital and you get a printout of your actual weight. Anyway I have been exemplary for 3 whole weeks and hope to continue. Wish me luck.
