Can't weight to weigh in tomorrow. Did not enter my weigh in last week as I am sure that the scales were faulty as I lost a HUGE amount of weight and I don't believe that it would be possible to lose that much weight so will try again and see what is the actual weight. The scales I weigh in at are in a public hospital and you get a printout of your actual weight. Anyway I have been exemplary for 3 whole weeks and hope to continue. Wish me luck.

Have been on track and motivated yesterday was two whole weeks.
Got a shock when I weighed in at a scale that is in a public hospital which measures your height and weight and prints it out. I weighed in on this scale last week and again this week and got a shock at how much it showed that I had lost in a week - lots - the most I have ever ever lost in a week. I think that maybe the scale was faulty. Will weight again on the same day next week.

Its 11.30p.m. and I have got through the weekend and stayed on track. Can't believe how I have done this will all the going out. Next Tuesday will be 2 weeks since I started and I hope to continue. Hope you have all had a great weekend.

Have been on track once again for ONE WHOLE WEEK. Have not done that for a while and this time hope to continue. Could anyone tell me if it is alright to have one piece of fruit and one small yoghurt after dinner at about 10p.m. as this is a time when I need something sweet. I find it hard to stop eating after dinner and save this till the end of the day. Would appreciate comments.
