One meal for the day! Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables (recipe from yummly.com), deviled eggs, broccoli, and celery with cashew butter. I still can't stand celery. 700 kcal. I'll chase it with a shake in 45 minutes and call it a day at just under 900kcal.

Celery is good for upset stomachs. I luv it in soups, salads, w/peanut butter: Ants on a Log, w/raisins. lol Enjoy!!! :-P

Yum! I could use that too. My calorie goal is high-ish even though my goal is weight loss, still losing weight though, and I need ways to eat enough (but not too much either) without junk!
