I gave you up calorie counter and did pretty well! I am proud to say I have been going to the gym regularly since we first met! I let my gym progress blind me from my need for you! It is easy to think since you are active you can shove whatever you want down your pie hole. Guess what!?! (please hold the audible shock) You cant! I know, right? I lost the toned physique i was working so hard to maintain. Where's the fun in that?! Why bust your ass at the gym to look average. Yeah, I have no answers either. Well, that is why I have you fat secret! It is hard to be accountable for everything you ingest unless you are seriously tracking it. Like oh yeah, I guess I did have a hand full of pita chips in between meals. Or oh yeah! I did have 2 chocolate kisses after dinner. Anyhow, I'm back! and not a second too late mind you, cause the Victoria Secret swimsuit issue just showed up at my door step.
on an unrelated side note --- can all the 'New Years Resolutioners' get the heck outta my gym?! ---
