Shredded buffalo chicken, pineapple, and a salad with bleu cheese vinaigrette. The dressing was a miss. I promise that's pineapple and not a stick of butter as one of my kids suggested.

Wher'd you get those sunflower seeds? I can't, for the life of me, find those anywhere w/o being in a shell/salted. I'm going to hunt those down harder. What's the pink stuff? I probably would sprinkle the chicken into/on top of the salad, though. Enjoy! :-P
