Still too heavy. My girlfriend has started exercising and encourages me to join her.
I try to go on walks with my roommate, since they're also heavy. We need to keep alive in a time where everything feels more difficult.
I'm currently trying to do more "Keto" last night I made roasted chicken on veggies in a pan. But I added red potatoes. Oops.
Tracking the food I eat is probably the hardest part of all. I just want to eat and feel happy.
