Finally! This feels amazing. I've lost a total of 50.2 pounds so far! Today is my brother's birthday, so Mom is getting Pizza Hut pizza. I feel super motivated now, though. Normally I'd stuff my face with pizza, but I believe I can eat moderately. Hmm, just in case though, I'll have a lower-than-normal calorie lunch.

Good planning. Then at least if you take in a tad more calories on the pizza, some of it will get balanced out. That's what I did yesterday for V-Day :-)

Thanks everyone. xD My brother is actually a pretty big inspiration for my weight loss (though don't tell him that haha). He lost a LOT of weight in the past. (Generally, my entire family is overweight, so knowing one of us could get healthy is really motivating.) He turns 23 today. :) I definitely will, Waynem! (Also as a side note, I'm glad you're starting to feel better. Being sick on vacation is no vacation at all!) And yep, that's the plan! I didn't eat anything sweet on Valentines, surprisingly. On this diet though, the cravings for sugar pretty much died away (thank the heavens, lol.)

2 slices max. :) ha. Enjoy it, but remember where you're heading. Congrats on 50. You'll bounce up above it with this little deviation, but it will go back down. You can do it. You're a cat!

I was told a trick with pizza. Get a super hot piece so you can only take little bits and have to eat it slower. It'll help satisfy quicker so you only end up with two pieces. Has worked awesome for me!
