Spent time on the bike yesterday, went 5 miles in 19:14 minutes, with a resistance of 4. Not sure if I want to try to beat my time today, or raise the res to 5.
Today is also the day I have officially lost 200 pounds from my heaviest weight. (Fatsecret will not let me enter my true start weight of 463 because the BMI is higher than 80). It's been 2 and a half years, and I still have more to go, but I'm proud of myself for making it this far.

Had a rough week, with feeling pretty sick. Didn't bike at all, but maintained good portion control (and lots of water). My cat was also sick, but has made a full recovery. She looked so small and sad, it's great to see her back to her old self.

Decided not to exercise on the bike yesterday, since I ended up going to Home Depot and walking around the store for a long time. My Fitbit had me at more minutes of cardio than I usually get biking soooo.... Sunday is the relax day, then it's back to cycling on Monday. Monday I will bike for 5+ miles instead of the usual 4 that I did all last week, but starting at a lower resistance.
