Lost 6 lbs since last weigh in, but that was 11 days ago, so it's not too much too soon. YAY! Have decided to do weekly weigh-ins on Friday mornings. That way I can have a cheat day on Fri or Sat and have a week to eat healthy before I step back on the scale. Let's see how that works! Now I must start to exercise...
