I was bad yesterday. I did not consider my choices at mealtimes, and wound up binging on fried foods last night. I have a weakness for fried chicken, and indulged last night, far too much.
Today, I start over. I will not negate any progress I've made to this point, and am firmly committed getting back on track. I can do this. I will do this.

It's going to happen from time to time, but you got back on the wagon and are ready to do the next mile. I claim the word CAPABLE as my mantra as I manage this process each and every day; I can recall a time standing in the kitchen just eating handfuls of pita chips without counting, and then those darn Oreos.....well, I enjoyed them at the time, then had to figure out what to do to counteract their effects and go on with the journey.
