2 Weeks. That's how long I have stuck to this diet and excersize thing I have going on. I feel really good about it too. Don't know how much weight I lost who knows maybe I will get on a scale this weekend. I need to slim my belly and thighs. I think those are the main areas I am concerened with. Of course my ass could use some work too lol but I am not too worried about that. This time I am going to do it. No giving in. I am finding it easier to say no to things that before I would give in to. I want to lose this weight more than I want to taste that food.
