So far, I have not weighed myself this week. That is my biggest obstacle. I celebrate, by eating, when I do well on the scale. And, I console myself, with food, when I do not do very well on the scale.

Oh man, i used to weigh my self every single day, sometimes even twice a day! but i'm made myself weigh in only 1 a week, and not go scale crazy. When i do well on the scale, i put aside $5 in a jar, and its labeled new clothes fund, i figured its something to look foward too that wouldn't hurt my goal!

China...thats a great idea..I will have to borrow that one.. The scale...I hate the scale, I used to be a slave to it too.. It was in my restroom and I would get on everyday 5-6 times a day. I finally moved it to the living room by my WII balance board. I am not as tempted to weigh anymore since now it is out in the open for everyone to see.
