we started a weightloss encoragement group today focusing onAtkins and eating healthily. my carb intake today was high 70 and its supposed to be 20! but i didnt start the day with atkins in mind and yet at the end of the day my calorie total was 1160!!! awesome and 2.2lbs lost so far--must amp my work out routine*! cant encourage others and leave myself behind.What do I treat myself to after I lose my first 20lbs?????
