ok here we go again cause it didnt save! i weighed myself and I'm more than I wished(not thought). trying to psyche myself up to work out - some say eat right first ...plus i'm on my period ( yeah - can't go there with T!) so this week: Eat properly well its 4pm and I just had chicken sandwich combo from BK!!! not good:-( no more food for me. TEA
