Great:( time of the month is here and so the scale is not going to be nice to me for the next few days and my taste buds are all outta wack. the first couple of days on it, i dont fee like eating anything so i know my consistancy of workout and eating right is not going to be happeneing for the next few days and i wont be hopping on that scale til after. could only eat a little bit of my fish n broccoli:(...lets see how tomorrow goes.**bloating bloating, go away**
