Gained a bit of weight during the Christmas and Thanksgiving hallidays, time to kick into high gear and finish what I started new year new me, summer beach body here I come!!!!!!!
117.5 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
