workout routine akhir2 ini karena sedang bosan wo pake crosstrainer 1 jam, cuma 1x rep tiap pagi (klo masih mood sore jg dilakuin) ga bikin keringet lebay tp besoknya badan pegel XD. ada yg ngikutin juga kah? :)
