My husband loves pinto beans and cornbread and I put kale or spinach in beans when cooking in instant pot. We also love air fries and I made a vegetable and lentil soup or chili ever week. We didn’t suffer at all but at first we missed cheese. I made vegan cheese with nutritional yeast but the wasn’t as good. We did use it for Mac and cheese which was pretty good.
