First day, doing good. Recorded everything I ate, didn't grab something and eat it, even though I was starving making super. Got up early to get in exercise before work, since I knew I wouldn't be able to fit it in this evening. Never done that before, so we will see how much will power I have at 5:30 in the morning every day.
