I don't want people getting discouraged. If you have not stuck with the exercise everyday. Start now. Walk more, play with your kids, clean the basement or the attic, sweep the side walk. Just get off of the couch and do something. I have been looking on line for new menu options to keep my eating interesting and gives me something to look forward to. And for the exercise I just do it. If I'm tired I go to the gym and start the treadmill and listen to some good music and then before I know it I'm bored and I move to the weights or the bike or the arc (so fun!!). Results will not happen overnight but measure yourself when the challenge is over and even if you lost only and inch you are an inch closer to your goal.
