Greeeeeeeeeeeeeat! How do I control the uncontrollable urge for chocolate and all thinks junk food when "Aunt Flo" is visting.. damn I hate her

Sometimes it's just better to allow yourself a small portion of a special treat. What has worked for me is to visualize yourself in control and eating a small portion of whatever it is that you want and then STOPPING! Do this beforehand though so you're totally prepared and know what to do to avoid binging. good luck
