I believe I have hit a plateau for the moment. I still journal and exercise, although I have been active in moving (lots of lifting and packing & unpacking), the type of exercise was quite different. Beginning this week, it's back to the walking and zumba, some light weights and crunches. Hopefully those last, stubborn 10 pounds will begin to leave this 68 year old body![/size]
