awal BMR 2070, timbangan udah turun, cek ulang BMR di TDEE calculator, BMR jadi 1.850, TDEE 2.220 tapi di hallosehat 2011, jadi yg di ambil yg mana? yg di BMR / halosehat? ini wajar ga sih? makin kemari kok jadi agak bingung, ada yg bisa bantu?
