Nearing the 40 pounds lost mark. I attribute the weight loss from the past few days to not eating much. I think I've eaten a max of 600 calories on Sunday, and maybe 700 on Saturday. I just haven't been hungry. Small or non-existent breakfasts... Trying to drink more water too.

Congratulations. Don't skimp on having some nutritious food, though. As long as you're not too active this should be okay, but your body needs some fuel. I'm really proud of your commitment to this. Keep up the good work!
