Didn't eat terribly on Friday or Saturday, but Sunday was a full on cheat day. Forgot to record that I walked 6kms on Friday. No other excercise over the weekend or today. Have been online to calculate how many calories I should take in per day to lose weight. I used WW pts last time I used this website, so hopefully I can do it this way again.
