I've allowed myself Saturday as a "cheat" day. I still make an active effort to pay attention to what I'm eating, but will allow myself a slightly higher caloric intake, and extra snack or extra juice, something of that nature. It makes the rest of the week seem less ... restrictive!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
