I am so unhealthy that I am struggling with Liver disease. it is considered Fatty Liver condition. I need more info on how to best eat, so I have requested the help of a dietician. we will see how this goes.

Yes! Definitely a good idea to talk with a dietitian & your doctor.👍 You took the hardest step and that is starting. Take one day at a time. Remember to be patient and gentle with yourself. Thank you to everyone who commented, I have a process to get to a healthier me. Yes that means change in my diet and in the way I move my body. It will take me a while to get comfortable and face my fears, but I am trying to make good habits out of this too. One step forward at a time and I know I will get to a healthier place. For now, I am starting with lower fat intake and portion control. I am trying to log my intake every day and keep myself honest. I thank you again for your words of encouragement, and wish you all well on your journeys as well.
