LOL no that’s just lunch. I’m gonna come in at about 2000 calories today.

Do you find that keeping your protein up keeps you from getting hungry?

I think it helps. I’m drinking a protein shake for breakfast with my coffee and that gets me to lunch. Right now I need a little more than a shake at lunch to make it to dinner and the hotdog is tasty and filling when washed down with a shake. Some days I don’t start getting hungry until 7:00 or 8:00 and that’s the meal I get to have a full plate for. Sometimes a big salad sometimes steak and potatoes. Just have to be careful to get enough fiber every day. 😳
