yippee!!! 💃💃💃
I got to my target since July 1st.
With almost no exercises, except at the initial stage.
--- Story for another day---
I guess I should call my self the calorie queen.
Here is a tip...👉: THERE IS NO EASIER WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT THAN WHAT I DID. AND TO THINK ONE CAN LOOSE WEIGHT EATING ALL THE FOODS YOU LOVE, AND EVERY KIND OF MEAL IS AWESOME..
Now its time for maintenance.🚶🚶🚶
WEIGHTLOSS CAN BE FUN
70 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

p.s: Weight loss is never about how fast, but in your ability to maintain it. So what ever you choose to do, consider it to be your life time habit. please choose wisely, and ensure to eat healthy.
