I got good news. my waistline measurement is now 31.5 inches!!!!
Yes! I am at maintenance, but wanted my waist smaller some more. And I'm still on 70kg.💃💃💃💃

I got to my target since July 1st.
With almost no exercises, except at the initial stage.

I guess I should call my self the calorie queen.
Here is a tip...👉: THERE IS NO EASIER WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT THAN WHAT I DID. AND TO THINK ONE CAN LOOSE WEIGHT EATING ALL THE FOODS YOU LOVE, AND EVERY KIND OF MEAL IS AWESOME..
Now its time for maintenance.🚶🚶🚶
