Well I may have killed all of the good work I did the last 3 days...got a weak moment and ate nachos and cheese and now I feel so guilty. Maybe I should feel guilty more often and this will help me stay on my diet. I want to lose this weight so I can be healthy and have a better chance to stay alive longer to see my granddaughter grow up and become the amazing woman I know she is destined to become.
