Today is the day, Im really looking forward to losing some weight and feeling better about myself. My self esteem has dropped substantially with all the weight gain and the body transformations (i.e. stretch marks. I just want to feel sexy again and feel mor confident, you know, walk around with my head held high. I just have to stay focused and start excercising longer and more frequently. Baby Steps!
