Hi everybody...this is my last entry at 41. Tomorrow I turn 42 and I wonder about the guy that hides under all this fat. Where will he be at 43 ???

I'm so excited about tomorrow and I've made up my mind it's my day and not the diets. I won't go hog wild but I need it to be about ME!!

This week I've gone beyond what I had in mind to do. I've hit the gym each day and I'm focused on my eating and I'm feeling better about myself...now let see what happens tomorrow.

Awe.. thanks and have a terrific ROCKIN' it UP BDAY!! Eat well before any going's out and you'll have a bit of a better out come ;) HAPPY BDAY TOMORROW!!! =D
