Trying to get myself motivated to begin this weight-loss journey. I'm kind of nervous with my crazy schedule that it will be so easy to fall back in to old habits after establishing new ones. I know that I cant do anything drastic and that things must be gradual, but Im the type of person that if I dont see results on the scale I lose all kind of hope that my weight will ever change. Wish me luck!
