SMALLVILLE's Journal, 20 Oct 08

Okay my first week is past and let me give one word of advise; DO NOT START A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAME ON THE WEEK OF YOUR 9TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY !!! Or if you do have something big coming up face it head on and think about the big picture...which is something I didn't do Friday night.

But for the things I did okay with.

1. I did get to the gym or at least did my workout at home five of the seven days.

2. I drank water.

3. I did lose 2 and a half pounds even though I did follow the yellow brick road as directed.

Now lets see what happens this week since my 42nd Birthday is Thursday :0 !!!!!

lol Hey, you LOST!! B R A V O!! Can't beat that! ;) Timing is neither here, nor there, ... I've come to the conclusion that, "oh, it's only once a year, have some!" is a complete load of CRAP! lol Serious! There's New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentines, St. Pattys, Easter, Memorial, 4th of July, SUMMER BBQ's, Labor day, October Fest, Halloween, Thanksgiving, many Xmas partys, Christmas Eve, Christmas, birthdays, anniversarys, weddings and "whoops's"!! It's all friggin' year long!! lol I've come to the acceptance that the "time of year" doesn't matter, as the next excuse to blow it is, right around the corner, and more to come shortly there after. lol You're doing great!! The key is, to keep getting back to it, no matter what holiday lands in our lap for the day. ;)
