I've had some frustrating set backs. After a week of working out I got blood clots in my left arm. I'm prone to blood clots, but usually in my legs...not arms. Because of this I didn't work out all last week and have felt awful. And of course my arm hurts and is swollen. My doctor suggested I wear a compression sleeve while working out once I felt up to it. They are like compression stockings but for your arms. I bought some and they do help a little.
My eating has been back and forth. Stress and frustration hasn't helped. Still fighting the fight though. I will never give up!
