I was slowed down last week cause i wasnt feeling that well, this week more exercise. 180 here i come. next saturday i should be that weight. now 182 instead of 184 and it feels great!!green smoothie diet and cutting out meat and processed foods work!now to get in more exercise. went to the gym sat morning plan to do gillad in the evenings and gym on saturday. Lets see how this week goes. I cant wait to be in the 170's again. Prior to surgery it was years since i was there. goal weight just around the corner, new clothes here i come:)
