DAY 1
Had a nice breakfast and I'm ready to tackle the day. It's going to be busy and chances are we will be eating out this evening. My plan is to make a good food choice and keep my portion small. I can always bring left overs home!
My goal for the day is to not let myself get too hungry, because then I find I feel weak.
