I lost fifteen pounds last month. I'm aiming for twenty this month. I had three spikes last month due to sodium intake, realizing this now I think I can take those three pound loss weeks and turn them into five, in addition with the two other weeks I lost six that would make...twenty two pounds total with optimum diet numbers. Exercise seems to be staying stable in regards to weight loss. I'm going to try to increase running times, if it can be done in a way without exhausting myself or injuring anything.
