Getting ready for vacation! We leave for Key West on Saturday (10/9) and return the following Saturday. I've been there a few times and I am always excited about going back! Adhering to an Atkins diet in Key West is Noooooo problem. It's seafood and salads all week long. The alcohol intake might go up a tick or two but hey, life is all about compromise.
