Its pretty crazy how long it takes to get in shape, and how easy it is to start looking like the blob again. At least my work out classes are making me sore again. That makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something. But I feel fat - ugly - out of shape - bloated. Basically a big bucket of yuck. Not to mention I've been uber grumpy. I wish there was a way to get toned and skinny with out putting forth any work! Well until I learn magic, back to the gym I go. Ho-hum :/

Oh! Fat Camp (aka:The Biggest Loser) is back in season, that always provides me with a little imph of inspiration. Happy day.
