Did much better this week. Goal is to not eat the "white" (sugar,flour, potato or rice). Did pretty good and plan to do much better this week.

101.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
