Frustrated! The weight won't budge... I don't want to go back to meds, I want to do it on my own...***sigh*** I am still working out 5+ days a week (spinning class), watching everything that goes in my mouth...I tried bingeing for a couple of days to "shock the system"...just gained about 5 lbs..now what???
76.2 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you tried cutting out corn syrup? aka corn sugar, HFCS Also a cutback on salt will help with weight loss. I lost 40 lbs in 6 months by just completely eliminating corn syrup from my diet, you will lose those cravings and feel better as well. My experience has been you don't need to diet, just stop eating any processed foods.
